Seeyu (Hung Kit Mei Mitchell) who was born and raised in Hong Kong. Graduated from Chung Chi College, Chinese University of Hong Kong and garnered Master of Visual Arts in Baptist University of Hong Kong, she has worked in local major media as news reporter and editor. Commencing from 2008, Seeyu picked up Chinese ink painting under Lingnan school master Lam Wu Fui and studied landscape paintings under the contemporary master painter Mr. Leung Kiu Ting. After her retirement in 2012, Seeyu has participated in several exhibitions, artist residency programmes organized locally and overseas. The artist is dedicated to explore wider artistic perspective to portray a more beautiful Hong Kong.
